Go to URL http://www.google.com/analytics/

Under “New to Google Analytics?” Click on “Sign Up Now”

Click on Sign Up

In the “Website's URL:” text box enter the URL of your website (without the www)

In the “Account Name” text box enter the website URL (without the www if not already added)

Select the “Time zone country or territory:” the site is located in from the drop down
7.

Select the “Time zone:” the site is located in from the drop down and click Continue

Enter the “Last Name” of your contact whose site you are setting up Analytics for

Enter the “First Name” of your contact whose site you are setting up Analytics for

Enter the “Phone Number” of your contact whose site you are setting up Analytics for

Select the “Country or territory:” the site is located in from the drop down
12.

Click the Checkbox “Yes I agree…” and then click on “Create New Account”

Place tracking code in any pages (or templates) that you would like tracked and click continue. A checkmark will appear under your Status if the tracking is working (not always instantaneous)
