Web Design ProcessOSM follows a process to ensure that the project is meeting your requirements at each phase.




The development of a web site is a collaborative process. The Client’s approval is required at each phase, before proceeding with the next steps in the project.
An OSM representative provides personal guidance throughout the process, while specialists perform the various tasks to bring your project together.

Planning
A presentation of the proposal is welcomed. This provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and clarify any areas of concern.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, collaboration begins on details of the functional specifications, design preferences, and website structure.
Design
The concept design is presented, and adjusted until your approval is received.
Development
The design is implemented into the Content Management System, and is then ready to add content and functionality ie. forms, search ...
You can review the appearance and content of the site as it is developed.
A change order form is submitted if your organization makes a request that is beyond the original scope or a change in the design and specifications. Your written approval is required.
Quality testing is conducted throughout the development process.
Launch
Upon your approval the site is launched. Training to use the SiteApex content management system, can be done before or after launch.
After launch, support is available through online video tutorials, help documentation, toll free telephone, and support tickets. Maintenance packages are also available.
