Service Includes: • Calling/emailing Customer on behalf of Reseller • One time email setup for customer based on list provided • One time PC setup assistance with new email account • Domain setup and/or transfer (on transfers customer must have full admin email access) • SiteApex Training (1 hour phone or customer attending meeting) • Site Launch
Reseller Support Services The following service is offered by OSM Networks to allow our Resellers to focus on new sales following the successful completion and launch of a project.
Service includes: • your own dedicated 1-800 number Canada and US calling • Branded Support “Thank you for calling <your Co > Technical Support” • 7 X 24 online ticket system • 9am – 5pm EST phone support • use of any customer supplied scripts for any technical, informational or billing related issues
Pricing Options: Option 1: Pay as you Go Option 2: Full Support Flat Rate
Outsourced Web Maintenance No need to hire your own internal staff.
