• Challenge: Inventory -- Customers needed to know what is in stock, and order more when thresholds hit a certain level.
• Solution: A fully web-based Inventory Management System was deployed that allows customers to view, order and manage their inventory levels.
Bath Solutions: Streamlined head office orders coming in from dealers across Canada

• Bath Solutions is a full service company specializing in bathroom renovations.
• Challenge: Huge volume of manual faxed orders to be received, assessed, processed and delivered at head office from large number of dealers across the country.
• Solution: A fully featured custom Shop Cart was implemented to allow dealers a secure way to submit and pay for their orders to head office. The system records and tracks the procurement process. It even sends a PO to the parts suppliers (vendor) to replenish any stock removed as a result of each order.
