Partnership Model – reseller does all the sales under their own company, reseller bills the customer initial project, OSM charges Reseller rates for any design or programming required, Reseller passes over customer for training, on-going support and recurring billing, reseller receives commissions/referral fees.

Sub-Contract Model – reseller does all sales and customer billing. OSM white label services provided to reseller on an as needed basis. OSM charges Reseller rates for hosting and any work required.
