Customer Support Specialist
Provide prompt, effective and courteous Customer Service/Sales support to clients via phone, e-mail, and online ticket system.
Assist with Domain Renewals, Billing and Invoice follow up.
Provide 1st level technical support to existing and potential clients via email, phone, and online ticket system.
Provide sales information including pricing, plan, and upgrade options.
Must be able to use troubleshooting skills to assist clients with technical issues involving e-mail configurations, domain registrations/transfers, and web publishing.
Input support/customer-related information into tracking software in a timely and accurate manner.
The successful candidate will require the following:
1-3 years experience in a frontline, 24/7 customer service/help desk/call center role, preferably with a strong sales-oriented background.
1-3 years experience providing customer service and sales support preferably in technology
1-3 years experience designing and troubleshooting web sites and/or supporting email/web/domain hosting services

Work extensively implementing fully functioning websites from approved designs.
Creation of high level HTML/CSS templates.
Implementation of HTML/CSS templates into our SiteApex Content Management System (CMS).
Collaborate with our product development department to offer suggestions or ask questions regarding site layouts and design decisions.
Collaborate with our tech department to create and implement client-side solutions.
Work on multiple projects and jobs simultaneously requiring stringent attention to detail and excellent time-management capabilities.
The successful
candidate will require the following:
1-3 years experience in the following: (X)HTML, CSS
Working knowledge of JavaScript, ActionScript, AJAX, JQuery
Experience building website templates from layered Photoshop files
Strong knowledge of browser differences/limitations and how to create cross-browser solutions
1+ years experience working in a professional, team-oriented environment and/or experience working on commercial sites
Working knowledge of CMS driven websites
Knowledge of Facebook and Facebook applications
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance required
Able to work on multiple projects and work to deadlines

We require an individual with extensive experience working in a Linux-based environment using php/mySQL 4 and 5. You will work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment developing and supporting our web services. As the senior developer, you will act as a leader and mentor in maintaining our existing customer web sites and application development on new projects primarily within our SiteApex CMS toolset.
This individual will have to be a motivated, accountable, self-starting member of the team. They will work closely with the Product Marketing team and take directions on future software deployments and projects.
The successful candidate will require the following:
Minimum 3 years of advanced php/MySQL, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, HTML programming experience with portfolio
Prior experience working with cross browser compliancy issues
Working knowledge of technology advancement opportunities between php 4 and php 5
Strong working knowledge of W3C and WCAG Standards
