The following service is offered by OSM Networks to allow our larger customer to focus on their business while relying on OSM Networks staff to provide the following technical support services.

Service Includes
  • Your own dedicated 1-800 number Canada and US calling
  • Branded Support “Thankyou for calling <your Co > Technical Support”
  • 7 X 24 online ticket system
  • 9am – 6pm EST phone support
  • Use of any customer supplied scripts for any technical, informational or billing related issues.
Pricing Options

Option 1: Pay as you Go
$99/month + $0.99 per minute of phone/ticket time
-service can be stopped at anytime with 30 days notice
-stopping service will result in loss of the same 1-800 number

Option 2: Full Support Flat Rate
$399/month (to a maximum of 100 clients/domains)
-service can be stopped at anytime with 30 days notice
-service can be downgraded to Option 1 at anytime with 30 days notice
-stopping service will result in loss of the same 1-800 number
