7 X 24 online ticket system
9am – 6pm EST phone support
Use of any customer supplied scripts for any technical, informational or billing related issues.
Pricing Options
Option 1: Pay as you Go $99/month + $0.99 per minute of phone/ticket time -service can be stopped at anytime with 30 days notice -stopping service will result in loss of the same 1-800 number
Option 2: Full Support Flat Rate $399/month (to a maximum of 100 clients/domains) -service can be stopped at anytime with 30 days notice -service can be downgraded to Option 1 at anytime with 30 days notice -stopping service will result in loss of the same 1-800 number
