Section 1 - Set up Google Account using Gmail

Go to URL: http://mail.google.com/mail/signup

Enter client’s First Name and Last Name

Open New window and go to: http://admin.osmnetworks.net/cp/apps/listDomain.html

Use username for Desired Login Name (use full company name if username not available)

Selected Username:*

Use Account password for Password (or any C2 compliant or 8 character or numbers and letters)

Ensure “Remember me on this computer” box is not checked

Ensure “Enable Web History” box is not checked

Select “Write my own question” from the Security Question Drop Down List

Write “What is my password?” as the question

Paste password in answer

Leave secondary email address blank

14. *

Select location of client from Drop Down List

15. *

Type in Word Verification Letters (Letters are not case-sensitive)

Click on the “I accept. Create My Account” box.

Add login info to \\OSMNAS3\Customer Care\secure\googleaccountlogins.txt
