Form BuilderForm Builder Unlimited forms can be used for a variety of purposes, for example online registrations, newsletter signups, product ordering, contact... Some standard form options are already set up to streamline & add consistency to the process. Features: • create a custom thank-you page • forms can be linked to online payment options • duplicate existing forms • you can require user confirmation by email, to ensure that registrants are qualified and committed • requests are stored in an online checklist for tracking & processing (figure 1) • forms can be auto-processed (ie. automatic signup for newsletters), or they can be subject to further validation (figure 2) • form contents can be exported in CSV format • the owner of the form receives an email notification that a form has been submitted. Included in this email is all of the information the visitor submitted. • designate which security group your visitors will become part of once the form is processed • selected form fields can be required (the user has to complete them in order to submit the form) • field types include Short Text, Long Text:, Multiple Choice, Single Choice, Single Choice list, Product Field (when offering products for sale) • option to "display processed results", which can be used as a guestbook or for similar applications
CalendarCalendar The Calendar Module allows you to add as many different calendars as you need. You can have a separate calendar for each department, committee, team, or any other category within your organization. Features: • each calendar will list unique events for any day of the month • place the events from multiple calendars on a single calendar display • event search feature • the calendar period of time can be set to weekly, monthly, yearly or a custom period • choose recurrence periods (one-time event, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and duration • add detailed description, images, maps, email & website links • the calendar can be extended with links to online registrations (using the form builder) • activate and deactivate events Options: • selected events can be displayed in a text list on any page in the site, with link to “View all Events” • mini-calendar, which can be displayed anywhere in the page layouts • not allow overlapping/conflicting event times on a calendar • link to event registration forms, and set a limit on the number of registrations
News ManagerNews Manager Feature the latest news & success stories on your site. The News Module can also be used to manage other content such as minutes of meetings. Features: • set publish start/end dates • a news summary is created with links to detailed pages • detailed pages can contain images, links ... • RSS feed that immediately emails news updates to subscribers (you set which news updates will have RSS feed) Option: • news snippets with “read more” link, can be featured in a text list anywhere in the site (see a news snippet sample in upper right corner of illustration) • use more than one news manager in the site, for different purposes
NewsletterNewsletter Module Personalize enewsletters, send to any user group on your site, manage email lists, and track results. Features: • newsletters can be sent to any user group(s) • easy editing: insert images & links, preview & edit before sending • personalize with FirstName, LastName, Address, Email, Phone, Fax, User Name, Password • allows users to remove themselves from mailing list • view history (enewsletter list, date/time sent, user group, received, click-thrus)
